CAST IRON RADIATOR machines
Design and engineering, Core production, Core POSITIONING, Supports positioning
Gi-Zeta Impianti has developed a complete processing line for cast iron radiators: from the CORE MAKING DEPARTMENT THROUGH CASTING TO assembled battery.
COMPLETE LINE
The processing cycle includes a first pneumatic test unit, a boring and threading unit for individual elements and a battery assembly unit with automatic loading of nipples and gaskets; followed by an element deburring unit and finally a hydraulic test unit for the batteries.
The entire line is equipped with the necessary controls and command devices to allow processing of different radiator models in a simple and effective manner.

/ DESIGN AND ENGINEERING
DESIGN
Features
The plant engineering activity is completed by the engineering study of the design and technical-constructive features of cast iron radiator models. In this area, we provide both design and construction of models, core boxes and any equipment.
Over the years, we have studied dozens of models used in major international foundries together with the supply of our core forming lines.

CORE PRODUCTION
Features
The LIFA series line produces cores for large-scale castings, such as cast iron radiators and boiler bodies. Based on "thermoshock" technology, it uses foundry sand, resins and additives. The cores are made in two symmetrical halves then joined, ensuring efficient air drafts for gas evacuation.
The entire line, with oleo-pneumatic control, is equipped with all the necessary devices and works automatically with movements synchronized in logical sequences, according to a computerized program operating in the PLC.

CORE POSITIONING
Features
The PSRA series line is intended for automatic positioning of radiator cores and boiler elements in the moulding plant flasks. It also automatically positions the supports on the radiator cores that can be normally used in various configurations.
The entire line, with oleo-pneumatic control, works automatically with movements synchronized in logical sequence, according to a computerized program operating in the PLC.
