The Gi-Zeta welder is a fully automatic machine for welding end caps on aluminum radiators and automatic cleaning of burrs generated during the process. Welding operations are managed through a proportional control hydraulic system, which continuously regulates force, speed and stroke, ensuring process stability.
The machine is designed for intensive production cycles with high repeatability, constant processing times and uniform quality of the welded joint. Process control is entrusted to an electronic control system with parameter management functions, real-time monitoring and diagnostics, which allows precise control of the entire welding cycle.

The counter-boring, tapping and battery assembly unit performs mechanical processing operations on radiator sections and automatic assembly them into batteries, guaranteeing maximum precision and process repeatability. The operations are entrusted to programmable operating units, equipped with brushless or asynchronous motorizations that allow accurate management of movements and operations through an easy and intuitive interface system.

PNEUMATIC TEST MACHINE
Features
The pneumatic test unit performs automatic testing of assembled radiator batteries from 3 to 16 elements, verifying proper tightening and absence of leaks through controlled pressure compressed air injection, with adjustable test levels (2-30 bar).
The system integrates pneumatic and electronic control systems, ensuring fast and reliable testing.
Additionally, a defects recording system and test data traceability are provided.
